The Movement
BROTHERHOOD SAVES LIVES
Young men don't join mental health programs. They join tribes, crews, gyms, brands, and movements.
Got You Bro is a modern rite of passage. Improve yourself. Build real skills. Connect with a crew. Earn status through growth. Not therapy. Brotherhood.
"Men need men. That's not weakness. That's the oldest truth."
Five questions. Sixty seconds. Find out exactly where you are and which mission to start first. No signup required.

The Physical Layer
YOUR RANK LIVES ON YOUR SHOULDER
The GYB Signature Hoodie ships clean — no badge. As you complete missions, check in daily, and rise through the 10 ranks, your rank emblem is applied to the left shoulder. Your hoodie becomes a record of your growth. Earned — not bought.
One challenge. Every day. Different every morning. Men who do this for 30 days straight don't recognise themselves.
The Truth
1 IN 8 MEN STRUGGLE IN SILENCE
Men don't ask for help. Not because they're weak — because no one built something worth asking for. GYB changes that. Brotherhood over ego. Always.

MOST MEN NEVER START.
The ones who do don't start with motivation. They start with one mission and the decision to see it through.

MISSION ZERO
+50 XP · 24 hours · FREE
Three tasks. 24 hours. The only requirement is honesty. Name the weight you've been carrying. Say one true thing to one person. Post one word for the man you're becoming. Every Legend on this platform started here.
"Most men won't start this. Some will quit halfway. A few will finish it and never be the same. Which one are you?"

OPERATION: THE EULOGY
5 days. Write the eulogy that would be read at your funeral today — then the one you want. The gap between them is your life's work.
Didn't think I needed this until I was three weeks in. Having a Bro check in on you every day changes something. It's not therapy — it's better.

Knocked out 8 missions in my first month. The XP system is genuinely motivating — it's like levelling up in real life. My fitness, money game and mindset have all shifted.

Lost my job last year. The boys in my crew didn't let me spiral. Check-ins, accountability, zero judgement. That's what real brotherhood looks like.

WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME SOMEONE CHECKED IN?
We built the daily check-in because men don't reach out first. So we reach out to them. 60 seconds. Every day. No judgment. Just brothers.
Brotherhood is powerful — but some moments need professional support. These lines are free, confidential, and available 24/7. No appointment. No judgment. Just pick up.
Brotherhood isn't given. It's earned. Complete missions, show up for your crew, and rise through 10 levels of rank. Every level unlocks new access, new status, new responsibility.

YOUR CREW IS OUT THERE
Brotherhood doesn't happen in therapy rooms. It happens beside activity, in shared identity, in the same grind. Pick your crew. Show up. The support happens naturally.

WEEKLY BROTHERHOOD CHALLENGE
Every week, the whole crew does the same challenge. Not alone. Together. That's the difference.

WHEN A BRO IS STRUGGLING
Most men don't ask for help. But they will often accept it when someone reaches out first. This is your protocol for being that someone.
01
NOTICE THE SIGNS
Most men don't announce they're struggling. Watch for: pulling back from the group, darker humour than usual, cancelling plans repeatedly, short responses, mentions of being tired or "over it." You don't need certainty — you just need to notice.
If something feels off — it probably is.
02
START THE CONVERSATION
Don't wait for the perfect moment. Start with: "Hey — I've noticed you seem a bit off lately. How are you actually going?" That's it. The word "actually" signals you want a real answer. Then shut up and listen.
You don't need to fix it. You just need to ask.
03
LISTEN WITHOUT FIXING
Men's instinct is to solve. Resist it. Your mate doesn't need solutions — he needs to feel heard. Reflect back what you hear: "That sounds really heavy" or "That makes sense, mate". Don't minimise. Don't compare. Don't jump to advice.
Presence first. Solutions only if asked.
04
STAY IN IT
One conversation isn't enough. Check back in three days. Send a message. Invite him somewhere. Don't stop just because he said he was "fine." Recovery isn't linear and neither is friendship. The ones who stay are the ones who matter.
One check-in is a gesture. Three is brotherhood.
05
KNOW WHEN TO ESCALATE
If your mate says anything about not wanting to be here, or you're genuinely worried for his safety — take it seriously. Offer to call Lifeline together (13 11 14). Stay with him if you can. Tell someone who can help. Your discomfort is not worth more than his life.
Call 13 11 14 together if you're worried.
06
LOOK AFTER YOURSELF
Holding someone else's pain is heavy work. You can't pour from an empty cup. Make sure you're checking in too. Talk to your own bro. Use the GYB check-in daily. You being supported makes you a better support for others.
Supporting others starts with supporting yourself.
